Tribute to King: Signs from God's Heavenly Kingdom

By Loci B. Lenar

While driving through Morristown, New Jersey, you might consider visiting Saint Margaret's Church, located on 6 Sussex Avenue.  The Catholic Church was built in 1968 with beautiful stained glass windows.  Remarkably, an awe-inspiring window of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. is on the right side as your enter from the front.  The prominent stained glass window is certainly notable!

Tribute to a King (poem) is written in honor of the great legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. with words flowing in revelation.

Pope Benedict XVI called for Christian unity on Friday, January 26, 2008, during a vespers service at Rome's Basilica of St. Paul's. He said during a prayer service that "Unity with God and our brothers and sisters is a gift that will come from on high."   My response to Pope Benedict's statement is for the Catholic faith to respectfully consider honoring Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. with Beatification. The following story will provide insight to the issue:

In the early 1990s, the Spirit of the Lord imparted me with a vision of our world gifted and Blessed in Peace during a spiritual visitation. Through impartation and discernment, the Lord is preparing our Millennium for the fulfillment of Biblical prophecy by building a bridge of peace and unity between people and cultures, including reconciliation amongst religious denominations.  For details regarding the vision, please visit the following link: Miracle of the Sun: A gift and Testimony of a Spiritual Phenomenon

In Revelation 19:9, the following is conveyed: 'Then the angel said to me, "write this: Blessed are those who have been called to the wedding feast of the Lamb." And he said to me, "These words are true; they come from God." '

I discussed the matter with my spiritual advisor, Father Richard Tartaglia of Saint Mary's Church, Denville, NJ, and indicated that God's Will is to usher in an era of peace with unity during our millennium. I also disclosed that through a spiritual locution/impartation, our Lord Jesus conveyed that Dr. King is "a saint of my kingdom."

The following is noted in Psalm 145:21, "My mouth will speak your praises, Lord; all flesh will bless your Holy name forever."   With the power of the Holy Spirit, the Lord indeed speaks through the faithful. As a Christian and Catholic, the legacy of Dr. King should be remembered for not only his great dream, but for courage in following in the footsteps and gospels of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Quoting the words of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr : "So I say to you, seek God and discover Him and make Him a power in your life.  Without Him all of our efforts turn to ashes and our sunrises into darkest nights.  Without Him, life is a meaningless drama with the decisive scenes missing.  But with Him we are able to rise from the fatigue of despair to the buoyancy of hope.  With Him we are able to rise from the midnight of desperation to the daybreak of joy.  St. Augustine was right - we were made for God and will be restless until we find rest in Him."

Dr. king also said, "Love is the most durable power in the world.  This creative force, so beautifully exemplified in the life of our Christ, is the most potent instrument available in mankind's quest for peace and security."

Not only a great civil rights leader, but Dr. King was a Babtist Minister and a co-pastor with his father at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta from 1960 until his death in 1968.  In 1964, Dr. King was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.  As a Christian and witness to his faith, Dr. King lost his life as a result of heroic charity for others by striving for equality through the civil rights movement.

In Psalm 37, Verse 4-6, the following is noted: "Find your delight in the Lord who will give you your heart's desire. Commit your way to the Lord; trust that God will act and make your integrity shine like the dawn, your vindication like noonday."

The Holy See should respectfully consider honoring King as a Doctor of the Church with Sainthood.  Moreover, a declaration of martydom can also be considered by the Holy Father on behalf of King for an act of heroic charity for giving his life as a Christian in support of civil rights for others.  Furthermore, canonization should not be limited to Catholics, but also be considered for virtuous Christians of other denominations as well.  I believe changes are needed in the church in order to help bring forth unity amongst all Christians and Catholics.

In a spiritual locution received in 2007, 2008, and again in 2009, Jesus communicated and repeated the following: "Now is the time to move forward, release the truth and prophesy with scripture."

The following is conveyed in Isaiah 55: 9 and 11, "As high as the heavens are above the earth, so high are are my ways above your ways and my thoughts above your thoughts.  So shall my word be that goes forth from my mouth; It shall not return to me void, but shall do my will, achieving the end for which I sent it."

Let us not forget that in the house of God all are equal! In unified prayer all is possible through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.   In Luke 18:27, Jesus said, "What is impossible for human beings is possible for God."   The vision will come to pass with God's timing. I give praise and glory including thanks to God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit for all the gifts and spiritual wonders unfolding.

News Update

On September 18, 2009, Alveda King, the niece of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., spoke on behalf of the pro-life movement at Saint Cecilia's Church, located in Rockaway, NJ.  Congressman Chris Smith (R-4th District) of New Jersey, joined Dr. Alveda King in championing the cause for life at the Catholic church with a presentation that included video of the civil rights era and made a comparison to the civil rights of the unborn.

Dr. Alveda King is also a Pastoral Associate of Priests for Life and Coordinator of the African-American Outreach.

It was an opportune time for me to meet Dr. Alveda King during her visit to St. Cecilia's Church.  I gave her information noted here on the website, specifically regarding Tribute to King: Signs from God's Heavenly Kingdom.

Is there intolerance to Judeo-Christian Beliefs?

Moses and the Burning Bush

Several blogs use Loci Lenar's photography from Flickr.com to illustrate a story or news item with good intentions. He appreciates their support and they have his approval to continue to do so.

However, it's been brought to Lenar's attention that some websites with an intolerance to Judeo-Christian beliefs are posting his photographs on their sites to discredit religion in general. Furthermore, inappropriate conduct that targets a person’s religious belief is nothing less then disrespectful. Therefore, permission is denied to guilty parties for inappropriate exploitation of photographs and all the images must be removed.

However, in Luke 6:27-28, we are reminded of the following, "But I tell you who hear me: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you."

Psalm 27:1 states, The LORD is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear?  The LORD is the stronghold of my life of whom shall I be afraid?

In order for people to change their wrongful ways, Our Lord Jesus calls us to pray for them daily. May Almighty God pour out the Holy Spirit and bring forth conversion and peace to everyone that has lost their way to the road of salvation.

The above photograph of the stained glass detail of Moses and the Burning Bush is one of the images in question. The photograph is the right side of the double doors leading into the entranceway of the Church of St. Joseph. The Catholic church is located on New Street in Mendham, NJ, USA.

Miraculous Photo: Shield of Archangel Michael

In August of 2005, a luminous cross appeared for the first time on Lenar's backyard fence.  The same bright cross has subsequently appeared in 2006, 2007, 2008 and again on March 28, 2009 on his property.  For more details on the story and to view photograph, please visit the following link: Miraculous Signs of Angels

Pray for World Peace

Please pray daily to Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to change the course of history into an era of peace.  Also pray the Holy Rosary and request the Blessed Mother to intercede on behalf of humanity.

During her 1917 apparitions in Fatima, Portugal, Our Lady of Fatima foretold of an era of peace.  For information connecting her message to scripture, please read Revelation 20: Thousand-year Reign of God's Peace.

The Miracle Prayer

I recommend reading The Miracle Prayer, written by Father Peter M. Rookey.  The Lord has gifted Father Rookey and the International Compassion Ministry with a grace of healing.

Signs of Archangel Michael

While traveling through the town of Netcong, located in Morris County, NJ, I stopped into The Church of St. Michael to say some prayers and snapped photographs of the beautiful display of stained glass windows and statues.  Remarkably, the image of Archangel Michael shows a colorful rainbow that appeared while photographing the statue. To read the inspirational story and to view the photograph, please visit Miraculous Signs of Archangel Michael.
