For a selection of prayers, please visit the following link: Devotional Prayers If you or someone else has a health issue, the bible speaks of God working through physicians. Although God can heal us with a miracle, he does work through modern medicine as well. The following scripture is noted from Sirach 38:1-15; Honor physicians for their services, for the Lord created them; for their gift of healing comes from the Most High, and they are rewarded by the king. The skill of physicians makes them distinguished, and in the presence of the great they are admired. The Lord created medicines out of the earth, and the sensible will not despise them. Was not water made sweet with a tree in order that its power might be known? And he gave skill to human beings that he might be glorified in his marvelous works. By them the physician heals and takes away pain; the pharmacist makes a mixture from them. God's works will never be finished; and from him health spreads over all the earth. My child, when you are ill, do not delay, but pray to the Lord, and he will heal you. Give up your faults and direct your hands rightly, and cleanse your heart from all sin. Offer a sweet-smelling sacrifice, and a memorial portion of choice flour, and pour oil on your offering, as much as you can afford. Then give the physician his place, for the Lord created him; do not let him leave you, for you need him. There may come a time when recovery lies in the hands of physicians, for they too pray to the Lord that he grant them success in diagnosis and in healing, for the sake of preserving life. He who sins against his Maker, will be defiant toward the physician. In order for prayer to be effective, it's very important to pray from the heart and to pray daily. It's also equally important to ask God to forgive you of all sins. Reconcile with God; ask him to cleanse your heart and soul by washing away all the sins through the precious blood of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Forgiving others is also necessary in order to remove barriers that may impede our prayers from being answered. Ask our Lord to heal the emotional wounds caused by others which might still linger in your heart and memory. Forgiveness is important - free yourself of anger and bitterness by releasing the pain to God. He will heal the emotional scars and set you free to move forward and you will experience God's peace as a consolation. Trust God and wait for his timing to answer your prayers. Attending weekly worship services at church or Holy Mass will open the windows of heaven for God to pour out His graces and blessings. Please also consider the Sacrament of Reconcilation in order to receive absolution of all your sins. Do not be afraid, visit your local church pastor or priest and confess your sins with a contrite heart. And, please do consider receiving communion or the Holy Eucharist. When we take a leap of faith, God will embrace us with His merciful love and also bless us with His divine gifts. The Holy Spirit will guide and transform your life and make it better! If you're struggling with finances, put your faith and trust into God's hand. And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. (1 Peter 5:7) For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. (Jeremiah 29:11) Whatever difficulty you may be encountering, let God take it over. Let him take control in order for him to help resolve the problem. Cast your cares on the LORD and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous fall. (Psalm 55:22) Be patient when praying and wait for God to answer because His timing may be different from ours. Let him prepare and make a way! Regarding prayer, Jesus said in Matthew 18:19-20, "Again I say to you, that if two of you agree on earth about anything that they may ask, it shall be done for them by My Father who is in heaven. For where two or three have gathered together in My name, I am there in their midst." Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. (Philippians 4:6) Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need. (Hebrews 4:16) Regarding Prayer Requests: With the help and support of Father Richard Tartaglia, prayer requests from this website will also be prayed for every Monday morning after 8:00 A.M. Mass, during Holy Hour Adoration, which is held between 8:30 to 9:30 A.M. at Saint Mary's Church. Prayer for world peace and christian unity
I joined other Christians to submit my prayer request. I pray that God should bring all Christians together that they may experience the Love of Christ and also share this Love with their fellow Christian brothers and sisters. That we may practice love through our actions and that by doing this may we experience His peace which passes all other understanding. I pray that God will give us His grace to do His will and guide our hearts towards things which are Holy. Lord help keep us away from material things which blind our hearts. Lord have mercy on us and upon the whole world.

Almighty god please bless and protect my family keep them safe and healthy always. Mother Mary please Intercede for us. I beg of you help me to get back my stolen gold jewels. I have a strong feeling it is an insider who has done it. Most of it is not mine. I feel so sad and confused I have been praying very hard and hope for a miracle. Please help me oh Lord.

My house was broken into
My house was broken into last Friday, January 6th. They stole all my jewelry that my gradmother had left to me when she passed away. I am heart broken to know that someone else has them. I have checked all the local pawn shops with no luck. Please pray that the police or I find my jewelry.

Prayer to Mitigate Natural Disasters
God the Father, we join together in prayer and petition heaven for divine intervention to mitigate earthquakes and natural disasters throughout the world.
We invoke the powerful name of Jesus to calm the storms of time and to bring forth a millennium of peace and tranquility.
We pray to the Virgin Mary to interecede on behalf of Humanity for God's hand of mercy to bless us with divine protection.
We ask this and thank thee in the name of Jesus. Amen
I wrote the prayer in 2010 as a result of the earthquake in Haiti.
The Lord inspired my heart to compose a prayer in order to petition God to mitigate earthquakes and disasters while I was praying for the victims and families of Haiti.
Please join in by reciting the prayer daily. Also pray for the victims and families affected by the devastating earthquake in Turkey.

Message from Jesus: "Pray for Divine Protection"
Through a spiritual locution Loci B. Lenar received on September 14, 2009, Jesus called for everyone to "pray for divine protection." The locution from Jesus was a result of Lenar's visit to the Church of Saint Michael in Netcong, New Jersey.
In June of 2010, Jesus again reminded Lenar of the importance of the message. After prayerful discernment, Lenar said, "The Lord's plan is to mitigate and extinguish violence throughout the world in order to usher in an era of peace."

Cross Appears at Start of Holy Week

Lent prepares us through sacrifice and prayer for a spiritual renewal of the soul. However, Easter rejuvenates our lives as God the Father calls us to live by the gospels of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ by transforming us into the resurrected image of His divine son.
Since 2005 and each year following, God the Father has blessed me through His divine son, Jesus Christ, with a miraculous sign of a cross which appears annually on my residence in Mine Hill, NJ. Once again, on Saturday morning, March 27, 2010, a cross surrounded by a shield appeared on my backyard fence. The spiritual presence of God and His angels coincided with the start of Holy Week.

Signs of Archangel Michael

While traveling through the town of Netcong, located in Morris County, NJ, I stopped into The Church of St. Michael to say some prayers and snapped photographs of the beautiful display of stained glass windows and statues. Remarkably, the image of Archangel Michael shows a colorful rainbow that appeared while photographing the statue. Pray for World Peace

Miracle of the Sun: Rays of God's Light
During a visit to the National Blue Army Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima, I photographed Rays of God's Light inside the Blessed Sacrament Chapel. Remarkably, the light is flowing through a stained glass window, which is a depiction of the Miracle of the Sun, witnessed by 70,000 people in Fatima, Portugal on October 13, 1917.
